Gram Panchayat--Election to the post of Sarpanch--Challenged on the ground that the apellant was not eligible to contest the election as he was not 21 years of age on the relevant date--Held, the burden to proof the fact that the appellant was not 21 years of age rests squarely on the first respondent--Gram Panchayat Act, 1964, Sections 2(h), 11(b), 31 and 34--Evidence Act, 1872, Section 101.
