Motor Vehicles Act, 1988—Section 167—Workmen Compensation Act, 1923--Compensation—Where a death or bodily injury to any person gives rise to a claim under the Act as well as under the 1923 Act, the said person is entitled to compensation under either of the Acts, but not under both.
